Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Keystone Storm Roof Network ("we", "us", "our"), operator of aandmrooftop.com, collects, uses, discloses and retains information about visitors and people who call the telephone number displayed on this website (the "Site").

Who we are. Keystone Storm Roof Network is an independent directory and referral service. We are not a roofing contractor, insurer, public adjuster or law firm. We connect property owners with independent local contractors. This Site is not affiliated with, and is not a continuation of, any business that may previously have used this domain name.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us when you call. The way to use this Site is to call the telephone number it displays. That call is routed through a pay-per-call referral partner to an independent local contractor. Placing the call conveys your telephone number (caller ID) and the time, duration and routing of the call, together with whatever you choose to say, typically your name, the property address or area, the service you need and how urgent it is. Calls may be recorded or monitored by the referral partner or the contractor, where permitted by law, for quality assurance and to document the referral; where the law requires it, you will hear a notice to that effect on the call.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, the pages requested and browser user-agent strings, for security and diagnostics. The telephone number displayed may vary by page or campaign so that the referral partner can attribute calls to this Site.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, driver's licence number, bank account or payment card details, insurance policy number, or any health information. Do not share that kind of information on a call: nobody needs it to look at a roof or give you a quote.

Children. The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

2. How we use information

3. How we share information

With contractors and the referral partner. This is the core purpose of the Site. When you call, your call and the information you give on it go to a pay-per-call referral partner and to one or more independent contractors that serve your area. Once received, the partner and those contractors are independent controllers of that information and handle it under their own privacy practices, including any call recordings they make. We do not control what they do with it.

With service providers. We use third parties for hosting, database storage, call routing and tracking, and analytics. They process information on our behalf.

For legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena or court order, or where necessary to investigate fraud, protect our rights, or protect the safety of any person.

Business transfer. If the Site or our business is sold, merged or reorganised, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your information for money. However, because we transmit request information to contractors who pay us for referrals, some state privacy laws, including California's, may treat that as a "sale" or as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. Section 7 explains how to opt out.

4. Telephone, SMS and TCPA consent

When you call the number on this Site, or when you ask us or a contractor on that call to call or text you back, you expressly agree that Keystone Storm Roof Network, its referral partner and its partner contractors may contact you at the number you called from or provided, including by automatic telephone dialling system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message, about your request, even if that number is on a federal or state Do Not Call registry.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not have to agree to automated callbacks or texts in order to obtain roofing services; you can simply place the call yourself at (651) 412-3195.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your request.

How to revoke consent

You may revoke consent at any time, by any reasonable means, and we will honour it promptly:

Revoking consent with us stops further contact from us. Contractors who already received your request are separate businesses; you may need to make the same request to them directly, and we will tell you who received your information if you ask.

5. Email

If you give an email address on a call and marketing email is later sent, it will include an unsubscribe link. We may still send transactional messages about a request you made.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Site is built to be light on tracking. We do not use cookies for behavioural advertising on this Site. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and calls placed from the Site, and our hosting provider keeps server logs. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and send a Global Privacy Control signal; where required by law we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing.

7. Your privacy rights by state

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident you have the right to:

Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, telephone number, IP address); commercial information (the service discussed on the call); internet activity (pages viewed, referring campaign); audio (call recordings, where made by the referral partner or contractor); geolocation at the level of city and ZIP code only; and inferences limited to the type of roofing work you appear to need. We do not collect biometric, financial account, precise geolocation, health, education or government identifier data.

To exercise a right, contact us using Section 9 and state which right you are exercising. We will verify your identity by matching the phone number you called from. You may use an authorised agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. We respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days where permitted.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: send us a request under Section 9 with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". We will stop passing your information to contractors for referral purposes. Note that this necessarily means we can no longer connect you with anyone.

Residents of other states

Comprehensive state privacy laws also give residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island, among others, as more laws take effect, rights that are broadly similar: to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access and obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. Several of these states also give you the right to appeal a refusal of your request; if we decline a request we will tell you how to appeal, and if the appeal is denied we will tell you how to complain to your state attorney general.

Nevada residents may submit a verified request not to have covered information sold. Pennsylvania does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute, but we extend the access, correction, deletion and opt-out rights described above to every visitor regardless of where they live - it is simpler and fairer than applying different rules to different people.

8. Retention and security

We keep call and referral records for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to demonstrate that consent was given, and then for as long as required by law, typically several years for TCPA consent records. Call recordings, where made, are held by the referral partner or contractor under their own retention rules. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Contact and requests

Privacy requests, revocations of consent, corrections and complaints can be made:

Please include the phone number you called from so that we can locate your record. We do not charge for handling a request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

10. Third-party sites

Pages on this Site may show business information and reviews sourced from Google, and may link to contractor websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party site or service.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
