These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aandmrooftop.com (the "Site"), operated by Keystone Storm Roof Network ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Keystone Storm Roof Network is an independent directory and lead-referral service. We do not perform roofing, tarping, ice dam removal, tree removal, gutter, carpentry or any other construction work. We do not employ crews. We hold no contractor registration or trade licence, because we do not perform work that requires one. We are not an insurer, a public adjuster, a law firm, an engineering firm or a code enforcement office.
Any contractor you find, contact or are matched with through the Site is an independent third party. They are not our employees, agents, partners, franchisees or joint venturers. We do not supervise, direct, schedule, inspect, price, warrant or guarantee their work. Any contract for work is solely between you and that contractor, and any dispute about that work is between you and them.
This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a continuation of any business that may previously have operated under or used this domain name. We do not hold the records, warranties, contracts, licences, registrations or obligations of any such business, and we make no representation about it. Any similarity of names is coincidental.
Everything on the Site is general information about how roofing, weather, building practice and insurance typically work in Pennsylvania. It is not legal advice, insurance advice, engineering advice, tax advice or a code determination for your building. Your own insurance policy language, your municipality's adopted code and permit requirements, and the judgement of a qualified professional who has actually seen your property all take precedence over anything written here.
Nothing on the Site creates an attorney-client, adjuster-client, engineer-client or contractor-client relationship with us.
The Site is not an emergency service. If there is a fire, a downed power line, a gas smell, a structural collapse or any immediate danger to life, call 911. Do not wait for a form response. Our phone line and request form are for arranging contractor contact, not for emergency response.
Where the Site displays named local businesses with ratings or review excerpts, that content is sourced from Google and is shown for informational purposes with attribution. We do not author, solicit, verify, moderate or endorse those reviews, and we publish no ratings of our own. Inclusion of a business is not an endorsement or a certification, and omission is not a criticism. Ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, may be out of date, and are provided as-is. If a page shows no businesses, it means we hold no current data for that location: we do not generate placeholder listings.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that the telephone number is yours or that you are authorised to provide it, and that you are at least 18 years old. By ticking the consent box you expressly consent to be contacted by us and by partner contractors at that number, including by automatic telephone dialling system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS, about your request, even if the number is on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means; see the Privacy Policy for how, and for how we handle your data.
Do not submit another person's information without their permission, and do not submit false, abusive or automated requests.
You may not: scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-copy Site content except as a well-behaved search engine crawler obeying our robots.txt; use the Site to send spam or to gather leads for resale; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; interfere with the operation of the Site; misrepresent your identity; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including insurance fraud.
On that last point specifically: an offer by any contractor to waive, absorb, discount or rebate your insurance deductible is unlawful in Pennsylvania and exposes the property owner as well as the contractor. Do not use this Site to seek or arrange such an offer.
The text, layout, design and compilation of the Site are ours or our licensors' and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish, resell or systematically reproduce Site content without written permission. Third-party names, marks and review content remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and attribution only.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any contractor will contact you, that any contractor will be available, licensed, registered, insured, competent or suitable, or that any price, timeframe, insurance outcome or work result described will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone Storm Roof Network and its owners, officers and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, property damage, personal injury, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or to any dealing with any contractor found through it, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keystone Storm Roof Network from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, your submission of another person's information, or any dispute between you and a contractor.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a matter in small claims court or from filing a complaint with a regulator, including the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General or the Pennsylvania Insurance Department.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date will change, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
